Always activeSupports security, form reliability and remembering your privacy choice. It is not used for advertising.
By using the Mono Digital website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its security, other users or third-party services connected to it.
The website is intended to explain Mono’s capabilities, publish insights and case studies, provide contact routes and collect project context through the System Review. It is not a substitute for a signed project agreement.
Mono aims to keep website information accurate and practical, but examples, articles, system diagrams, pricing references, timelines and recommendations are general until the specific business context is reviewed.
A System Review is an initial diagnosis. It may identify a likely direction, but it is not automatically a full technical, legal, security, SEO or compliance audit.
Submitting a form, sending an email or having an initial call does not oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only after the relevant scope, deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities, price and timing are confirmed in writing.
If a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice terms or contract conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific written agreement takes priority for that engagement.
Website copy may describe typical services or project formats but does not create a binding quote. Pricing, deposits, milestones, taxes, recurring fees and payment timing are set out in the relevant proposal, invoice or agreement.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, change request or separate phase. Delays caused by missing content, access, approvals or third-party dependencies can affect delivery dates.
Mono retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable components, know-how, templates and internal tools unless a project agreement states otherwise. Ownership or licence terms for client-specific deliverables are defined in the relevant written engagement and may depend on full payment.
WordPress, plugins, fonts, stock assets, APIs, SaaS platforms, AI models and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and terms. Mono cannot transfer rights that belong to a third party.
Automation and AI systems can reduce manual work but should be designed with appropriate limits, human review and fallback paths. Outputs may be incomplete, unavailable or incorrect, especially when third-party data or models change.
Availability, pricing, API limits, policies and functionality of third-party services can change without Mono’s control. Where a project depends on those services, the implementation may need to be adapted.
Mono can improve technical foundations, conversion paths, tracking, content structure, automation and campaign systems, but specific rankings, traffic volumes, advertising results, lead counts, revenue or third-party platform approvals cannot be guaranteed.
Performance depends on factors including the offer, market, competition, budget, content, seasonality, platform changes, sales response and the client’s ongoing execution.
Public contact and System Review forms are not intended for secrets, passwords, access tokens or regulated customer data. Confidential project information should be shared through the process agreed for that engagement.
Where confidentiality obligations are required, they should be stated in the relevant proposal, NDA or project agreement.
Mono takes reasonable care in operating the website and delivering agreed services, but the website may occasionally be unavailable and third-party integrations may fail or change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mono is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website, reliance on general website information or failures of third-party services outside Mono’s reasonable control. Project-specific liability, warranties and remedies are governed by the applicable written engagement.
These website terms may be updated as the website or service model changes. For a paid engagement, the governing law, dispute process and other project-specific legal terms are those stated in the relevant signed proposal, contract or invoice terms where applicable.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@monodigital.solutions.
Send a clear question and Mono will point you to the relevant policy or project-specific term.
